This question was actually inspired by questions I get inside my private parent coaching community, The Mom Sisterhood.
Did you know that thumb sucking is actually incredibly common in children? Research suggests that between 70-90 percent of children suck their thumb at some point. Most children will gradually grow out of sucking their thumb between ages 2 and 4.
At some point though, you might think “Ok, enough is enough! It’s time to kick this habit!”
In today’s video, I break down why children do the behavior in the first place and tips to stop thumb sucking all together.
