Well in this video, I share how to help with kid bedtime fears, toddler sleep problems, and kid sleep problems in general. When your child is afraid of monsters, fearful of the dark, and other scary things that might be lurking in their closet, it can be tempting to try to address their fears with logic – “Oh, there’s nothing to be afraid of. There’s no such thing as monsters!” However, I share why this strategy is not effective as well as tips for child sleep problems. Bedtime fears can be challenging but you have the power to help your child overcome their fears and come to see themselves as brave problem solvers.
