3. What if I don't have the time?

4. What if I have tried everything already?

You might think you’ve tried everything already, but I’m not buying that - sorry. 😜 You might’ve seen what others were doing, tried and tested a few things a few times, thrown a ton of 💩 at the wall and then given up when it didn’t stick.

There could either be an issue with your mindset or there could be an issue with your parenting strategy.

If it’s an issue with your mindset - it means that your expectations are all out of whack or you're thinking about you or your child is all wrong. If it’s an issue with your parenting strategy, it might be that you’re using the right “tools” but you’re not using them strategically. Let me show you what’s possible when you dial in on both of those things.

5. I am not sure it will work with my unique child.

Absolutely - every child is unique in their own right.

However, Positive Discipline Academy is for YOU if your child is under 10 and you either want to learn more about discipline to stay ahead or you're in the thick of power struggles and need to find a way out.

While Positive Discipline Academy does not substitute medical advice, as a student of mine, you will receive powerful insights into your child's behavior and how to manage it. Arguably more important, you'll learn how to manage your parenting triggers so your emotions don't get in the way of you showing up as the parent you want to be.

I hear you and I know that investing in a course can be really scary.

Here’s the thing: I believe in taking mentorship from people who are where you want to be and know what you want to know.

That way - you can take shortcuts whenever possible to save yourself a lot of trials, errors and, frankly, blinding headaches.

Parenting is a serious job and raising children is a big deal. Why not feel confident you're doing all you can to raise happy, respectful and resilient children?

Thousands of clients have trusted me with their parenting and I haven’t let them down. Show up, do the work and I will pave the way for you.

6. I am scared it will not work for me!

So glad you asked. It's perfect for parents or caregivers with young children (10 and under) who are ready to make a change in how they discipline. They want to feel more connected and confident as parents but don't know where to start.

7. Who is this course perfect for? What ages?

8. I'm so busy, is this course right for me?

I get it. As parents, our time and energy is in short supply these days. That's why I designed all the learning material to be easy to digest & practical. Take the course at your own pace.

9. What is the difference between this and The Mom Sisterhood?

Positive Discipline Academy is a 7 week program designed to walk you through step-by-step how to discipline with confidence and connection. The Mom Sisterhood is a private membership just for moms. Moms have access to my ongoing coaching, expert workshops, as well as a community of other like-minded moms.

10. Is this course appropriate for my special needs child?

Parents of children with special needs need as much support as possible. Whether your child has sensory issues, a diagnosis of being on the spectrum, attachment issues, health issues - managing their needs and behavior can feel overwhelming. Will Positive Discipline Academy be everything you need? Maybe not. For example, children with sensory issues commonly benefit from occupational therapy and children with ADHD commonly benefit from school accommodations. However, I believe learning about positive discipline is even more important for families with special needs children. After all, learning this new approach to discipline including how to regulate our own emotions and manage difficult behaviors in the moment is crucial to parenting special needs children.

11. How long do I have access to the material?

You have lifetime access to the course. You will have access to updated versions of the program as well.

12. How much does the course cost?

There are two levels:
The Basic Level grants you access to all the contents of Positive Discipline Academy for $197. The Premium Level grants you 2 bonus classes: 1) Timeouts and removing privileges without compromising the parent-child relationship and 2)How to Reduce Sibling Rivalry for $297. However, if you join by June 14th, you'll receive a free upgrade to Premium level!

13. What is Positive Parenting?

Positive parenting is the continual relationship of a parent(s) and a child or children that includes caring, teaching, leading, communicating, and providing for the needs of a child consistently and unconditionally.

Positive parents foster a nonviolent, empowering, and nurturing relationship while giving guidance and setting age-appropriate boundaries to promote the development of the child.

Positive parenting is not about letting your child walk all over you or having little to no boundaries.

When done right, positive parents are more likely to raise respectful, cooperative, and well- adjusted children who do well in school and have greater life success, in general.

Often, this approach is much different than the ways in which you you were parented. You may want to parent differently but simply don't have the tools to succeed. That's what Positive Discipline Academy is all about!
